With more than three decades of existence, the "O Alambique de Ouro" Restaurant is undoubtedly one of the most emblematic places of the Alambique - Hotel Resort & Spa, being an ex-libris not only of the Unit but also of the region.
With a long history and located in a truly typical atmosphere, this space offers regional, typical and international cuisine, with a high level elaboration, possible only thanks to selected and high quality products that are used in the preparation of each dish.
With a relaxed and informal service and about 180 seats, this restaurant is ideal for family meals, with friends or business.
The opening hours are from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. and from 9:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. - except in exceptional situations (events, parties, etc...)
Given the high volume of demand, Restaurante O Alambique requires prior reservation.
We offer half board (on request), exclusively for groups and events.

In the menu of our restaurant you will always find a proposal to your taste. Allowing yourself to be guided by the Host of the Unit can prove to be an excellent choice, with personalized suggestions that highlight the best of our kitchen. Among the highlights of our menu, we highlight the famous Squid Skewer with Shrimp, the succulent Black Pig Feathers, the tender Filet Mignon of Black Pig, the yellow cured Cod - roasted or gratinated with bread - and, of course, a daily selection of fresh fish.
