With more than three decades of existence, the O Alambique Restaurant is undoubtedly one of the most emblematic places of the Alambique Hotel Resort & Spa, being an ex-libris not only of the Unit but also of the region.
With a long history and located in a truly typical atmosphere, this space offers regional, typical and international cuisine, with a high level elaboration, possible only thanks to selected and high quality products that are used in the preparation of each dish.
With a relaxed and informal service and about 180 seats, this restaurant is ideal for family meals, with friends or business.
The opening hours are from 12h00 to 15h00 and from 19h00 to 22h00 - except in exceptional situations such as events, parties, etc.
Given the high volume of demand, Restaurante O Alambique requires prior reservation.
We offer half board (on request), exclusively for groups and events.
