Check-in at the hotel is available from 16:00, and check-out must be completed by 12:00. Our reception is open 24 hours a day.
Early check-in and late check-out are always subject to hotel availability. If the room is ready earlier, you may access it before the scheduled time. As for late check-out, it must be requested on the same day directly with the reception team.
During your stay, you are entitled to breakfast, access to Golden Rock, and access to the outdoor pools (the latter during the bathing season).
Yes, we offer covered parking for all guests.
Yes, we have electric chargers in garage 2 and in the outdoor parking area, with the latter offering fast charging. Charging is carried out through the public network, with payment made using the usual methods for this type of service.
All our rooms include free access to Golden Rock, regardless of the room type booked.

No. However, there are some restrictions. Children under 14 years old only have access to level 1 (pools and jacuzzis). From 14 years old onwards, access to level 2 (full access) is permitted, including use of the remaining relaxation areas.
In the spa, the use of a swimming cap and flip-flops is mandatory, which you may bring with you or purchase at the spa reception. To move around the facilities, the use of a bathrobe or towel is required, both provided by the hotel.
No. Although the hotel has a restaurant, it operates exclusively with an à la carte service, so we are unable to offer half-board or full-board rates. Payment for the service is made directly at the restaurant.
Although not mandatory, advance booking is highly recommended, especially on weekends, due to high restaurant demand. You can make a reservation at the reception or, further in advance, by contacting our reservations centre at 275 774 145.
The family rooms are located in the resort area, around the outdoor pools, and require a short outdoor walk to access them.
